Environmental Management Solutions Services offer a range of professional drawing services. Our experienced staff can produce or adapt any type of drawn information. We produce floor plan surveys to a high level of accuracy for any shape and any size of building. Survey data, collected by ourselves or others, can be converted and exported in any format.

We are able to carry out detailed topographical land surveys as well as site dilapidation's and conditions surveys. We are able to model contours over walls or facades and show any deviations. We undertake planning and building regulation submissions for both domestic and commercial premises.

Our skilled CAD operators, can combine floor plan drawings with our own surveys or with surveys from other companies to provide layers of information - asbestos survey data or mechanical/electrical layouts are just a couple of examples.

Our facilities include for plotting in monochrome, partial or full colour up to A0 sizes and at any scale required. We also have the unusual facility of being able to plot digital photographs directly onto a drawing thus providing even clearer representation of any particular item.

Resources

All staff are from an architectural or building technology background. All have practical knowledge of building construction and domestic or commercial design practice.

Our own purpose-designed offices along with considerable investment in selected hardware and software ensures that we are producing the right results in the right environment with the latest media.

Over the years, our survey and presentation of building plans has progressed to a highly regarded product, accuracy is set at a standard 5mm - although, if required, total precision can be established.

Our portfolio is extensive we have successfully surveyed even the most problematic of buildings from the unusual to the protected from vast aircraft hangars needing specialist access to modest town houses requiring small extensions.

It is our aim to provide a flexible and pragmatic approach, when required; we will operate outside of normal conditions and normal time frames.
