EMS Group fully embraces the concept of partnering and the formation of long-term relationships under framework agreements.

Through our unique resource software tools for partnering, EMS Group achieves efficient resource planning and provides accurate resource estimates. We have further installed this software into various clients' cost offices to facilitate transparency when evaluating bespoke project Key Performance Indicators.

The Key Performance Indicators are established in conjunction with the client, based on:

• An understanding of our client's business needs and their critical issues.
• Always analysing and developing partnership opportunities and constantly striving for maximum success.
• Constant improvement and rationalisation of the design and construction processes.
• Establishing performance based objectives aimed at generating efficient cost parameters supported by our extensive experience and knowledge.
• Improved quality, based upon previous experience and action via CSF and KPI benchmarking and process mapping.
• Value engineering and identifying potential cost savings at an early stage.

Ongoing, we currently have a number of long-term framework agreements in operation with a range of clients, including both central and local government, financial and educational institutions, national retailers, public health authorities, major utility companies and national hotel chains.
